Where:
Someone's home or a library meeting room! TBD

We’ll continue our High Holiday theme in a four session adult ed series, based on the book from which our this year’s theme emerged,  Changing the World From the Inside Out: A Jewish Approach to Personal and Social Change by David Jaffe. We’ll  also draw from other sources on Judaism and Social Justice. What are our responsibilities as human beings and as Jews to address the many forms of injustice in our society? How do our inner lives support our capacity to bring positive change to our world,  and how do we know what is our  part? What is the relationship between inner spiritual growth and the social action we take on?

Take a look to learn more about the book  here, and if you’re interested in particpating in what I hope will be an engaging combination of discussion, learning, self-reflection, and community building, please send an email to rabbisimchazevit@gmail.com to receive further information.

Session One: Sunday 1/5 10 am – 11:30 pm

Remaining Sessions on Shabbat afternoons 1/25, 2/8, and 2/22 from 1-2:30

There will be a fee of 72.00 for the four sessions, and we’ll meet four times in January/February. We’ll need a minimum of six particpants for the class to be a “go”. Join Us!
