Community Shabbat Pot Luck and Kick off to the New Year!

September 23, 2016 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Girl Scout Room
80 Windsor Ave
Narberth, PA 19072

On Friday evening, we will be having our first Community Shabbat Celebration of the new year. We will gather in the Girl Scout Room (adjacent to the Narberth Library) and will begin our program at 6:00 with a potluck dinner that incorporates the Shabbat rituals of candle lighting, blessing the challah and wine, singing, sharing stories, and getting to know one another more deeply. Following dinner will be an activity appropriate for all ages.  For those who would like to stay beyond 8:00, this gathering will conclude with adult study.  This warm, spiritual, and family-oriented Shabbat is open to prospective members, as well as current members.

Please click here to RSVP for September 23rd and to sign up for a dish to bring, if you have not yet responded. Your RSVP helps us plan the event. We ask that all food be labeled, so that those who have food sensitivities, keep kosher, or are vegetarian will know what is in them. If you are willing to help with set up or clean up on September 23rd, please indicate that on the sign up as well.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the 23rd!
