POWER Metro Anti-Racism Training/Discussion

November 6, 2017 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Beth Am Israel
1301 Hagys Ford Rd. Penn Valley
Congregants from POWER and POWER Metro member congregations are invited to an Anti-Racism Listening and Action Program.
Hosted by Pastor David Tatgenhorst of St. Luke UMC in Bryn Mawr and Rabbi David Ackerman of Beth Am Israel in Penn Valley, the main purpose of the discussion is to determine how to incorporate and spread anti-racist training in congregations. Pastors Rev. Greg Holston, Executive Director of POWER, and Rev. Robin Hynicka, pastor of the Arch Street United Methodist Church, will help guide our reflection on how we move forward on anti-racism training to create a community of understanding and unity.
