Come and experience a taste of the body and soul nourishment that Shabbat is meant to bring! Our service will be based on the Jewish framework for prayer which teaches that a Shabbat morning service is meant to awaken body, heart, mind, and soul. Come and learn how the different parts of a Shabbat morning service correspond to these four aspects of ourselves, and the ways in which movement for the body, song and chant for the heart, learning Torah for the mind, and meditation for the soul can be a blueprint for Shabbat prayer.
This experience is for everyone with an open mind and heart, whether or not you are familiar with Hebrew or the prayerbook. See this as a morning of self care amidst these troubling times! Together we will create a sacred space to nourish our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls!
